# Season 2, Episode 34: Belts, Video Queueing and More with Michael Timmer at Wash U

We had the chance to talk with Michael Timmer from WashU in Illinois about his love of belt conveyors, his double tunnel operation in Burbank with a truly innovative video queueing softrware, and we hear a great story of turning potential negative customer interactions into repeat customers.

WashU operates four locations in Illinois, with plans to continue expansion.
