# Season 2, Episode 27: Taking On Challenging Sites Part 1

Brian Krusz has a penchant for taking on a challenge. He's gotten into a habit of acquiring tough locations and building successful washes out of them. In one case, Krusz took a location and literally flipped it around completely, and converted the Quick Lube Bays into his Pay Stations. Krusz spends time talking to us about his path to the industry, the challenges and rewards of building a successful wash through acquisition.
